Broadway Studio is South East London’s home for new work and emerging artists. It is an intimate Art Deco space which seats 90 people and is ideal for rehearsals, readings, performances, presentations, training sessions and more.

Hire Fees
Monday - Thursday
8 Hours £600 + 14% net Box Office (inclusive of PRS and banking charges)
Additional pre-arranged hours £85.00 (per hour)
Over runs £150.00 per hour (or part thereof)
All charges subject to VAT
Friday - Sunday
8 Hours £700.00 + 10% net Box Office
Additional pre-arranged hours £100.00 (per hour)
Over runs £200.00 per hour (or part thereof)
All charges subject to VAT

February 11th, 12th, 13th & 14th - £100.00

Miscellaneous costs apply and will be recharged (including but not limited to):

Light reinstatement - £100.00
Control room reinstatement: £100.00
Late ticket allocation returns (less than 24 hours prior to event) - £100.00
Poster sites (DC) - £10.00 each per week
Poster sites (A0) - £20.00 each per week
Poster printing (DC) - £20.00 each

Filming facility fee (if not for promotional or archive purposes): £150.00 per day
PRS (at the prevailing rate)
