How to Book

Online (Recommended) Booking online is the easiest and quickest way to secure your tickets and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can book online and choose your seats using our interactive seating plan.

Call 020 8690 0002 during box office opening hours which are Tuesday-Thursday 12-4pm.

In Person. The Box Office counter is situated adjacent to The Broadway Bar. The box office is open Tuesday-Thursday 12-4pm, and before performances.


Booking Fees

A £1.50 booking fee is applicable per ticket when booking online or by phone. Booking fees are capped at £15 per order.


Concessions

Where offered, concession ticket prices apply to those:

  • 65 years and over
  • Under 16
  • Full time students
  • Those receiving Unemployment Benefit

Personal Assistant Tickets

We offer a companion or personal assistant ticket free of charge for people with disabilities or conditions who are booking a ticket and require a companion with them to be able to attend our events.

To book your free personal assistant ticket or enquire , please call the Broadway box office on 0208 690 0002 or visit in person during opening hours which are Tuesday-Thursday, 12-4pm, or email boxoffice@broadwaytheatre.org.uk.

Please note: you will be required to provide one of the forms of copied evidence below.

– Front page of DLA / PIP (no specific rate)
– Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate)
– Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
– Recognised Assistance Dog ID card


Group Bookings

On certain performances Groups can book specific Groups rates. If available these are bookable online, by phone or in person (subject to availability).

Groups are for bookings of either 10+ or 15+ dependant on show.

Conditions of Admittance For Children

Babes in arms – Children under 2 years may be admitted free of charge to family shows when sat on parents’ or guardians’ lap. Please mention when booking.

Children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Children under 4 years will only be admitted to family shows .

Please note that tickets are required for children aged 0 to 18 months where the event is specifically for that age group.


Safety & Security

Your safety is our number one priority and there may be some additional security measures in place when you visit us.  We will aim to keep any inconvenience and disruption to a minimum but would ask for your patience and understanding. 

You may be body searched at the entrance. Any items that may reasonably be considered a weapon may be confiscated.

Persons suspected of carrying items which may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the venue may be searched.

Should you notice anything suspicious when visiting, please don’t hesitate to report your concerns to a member of staff, security or the police.


Conditions of Sale

Please examine your tickets carefully, as tickets are non-refundable.

Exchanges are made at the management’s discretion and will be subject to an administration fee per ticket.

Any concessions on ticket sales must be applied for at the time of booking, and evidence of entitlement produced when requested.

Lost tickets cannot be reprinted in order to prevent fraud.

The use of cameras, video or other recording equipment is strictly prohibited.

Age restrictions apply to the venue and to some events and proof of age/ID may be required for entry.

Ticket holders may be filmed or photographed as part of the audience.

The Management reserves the right to:

  • Refuse admission to any ticket holder.
  • Refuse admission to latecomers.
  • Require any ticket holder to leave the theatre and to take any appropriate action to enforce this right.
  • Make any alteration in the cast or programme which may be rendered necessary by any cause outside its powers.
  • Cancel or curtail any performance without prior notice and without being liable to any person for any compensation or damages whatsoever other than to the ticket holder of the face value of any ticket held for any cancelled performance.

In the event that a performance is cancelled or otherwise, ticket holders may be offered alternative performances (subject to availability).

The Broadway Theatre is unable to accept any liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained during an event – including damage and loss of property, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons.

The following items may not be brought into the venue:

alcohol, drinks, food, bottles, cans, illegal substances, portable laser equipment and pens and any other potentially dangerous or illegal items, unauthorised film or photography equipment and audio recorders. All items will be confiscated.

Some of our shows are dynamically priced based on demand. We set a price when the event goes on sale and then sometimes put the price up or down depending on how the show is selling. The price might increase as we get closer to the event, so we recommend booking early.
