Our Pricing Policy
A £1.50 booking fee is applicable per ticket when booking online or by phone. There are no booking fees when tickets are purchased in person from our box office.
Concessions are available on most shows to anyone receiving unemployment or disability benefit, full time students, senior citizens and young people up to 21 years old. Proof of status or ID is required.
Our tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangable.
Some of our shows are dynamically priced based on demand. We set a price when the event goes on sale and then sometimes put the price up or down depending on how the show is selling. The price might increase as we get closer to the event, so we recommend booking early.
Tickets for Children
Tickets (at the concession price) must be purchased for any child aged 18 months or over. Where applicable ‘babes in arms’ refers to any child aged under 18 months. Please note that tickets are required for children aged 0 to 18 months where the event is specifically for that age group.
