Were you called a latchkey kid? Did you have a MySpace or Hi5 account? Were you the TV remote control for your parents? What about the revolution that was Blockbuster Video rental? Do you remember when MTV was a new thing? Or you wanted a love like Dwayne and Whitley (A Different World)? If so, you need to be here!

The Friday evening session is not to be missed, if you remember your parents asking you to put on Jim Reeves or the Golden Chords vinyl on the record player. We want to kick off our weekend of revival, nurturing and restoration. This session will give you time to sing those songs we don’t sing anymore; listen to those messages that we don’t hear anymore; and most importantly reconnect with your faith.

On Sabbath (Saturday) we want to go back to how church used to be. We will explore why we have the faith that we have. Why deeper faith and meaningful fellowship remain relevant to Generation X (1965-1979) … and much more. In the last session of the day, we will end the day with more back in the day praise and worship with our Praise Leaders.

Generation X: Reclaiming Our Time is a weekend of faith-restoring revival for Generation X’ers. This will not be a one-off event, so do look out for future Generation X activities where you can take part and build up your faith. Click the link and get your FREE ticket now for a worship experience like we used to have.

You will have to book separate tickets for each session, per person (even children) as seats are allocated.

This FREE weekend event is sponsored by the South England Conference of Seventh-Day Adventists.
