Broadway Theatre Statement...
In the wake of the recent government advice regarding social gatherings we have unfortunately had to cancel all Broadway Theatre Events for the next 12 weeks (as of 16/03/2020).
Some of these shows have already rebooked future dates which we expect to be on sale in the next week or so.
If you have purchased tickets for these events you will receive a full refund (including booking fee). More information can be found below.
Online and Telephone Bookings.
Customers that used our online or telephone booking service will automatically receive a refund directly into the account they initially paid from. Please allow 7-10 working days for payments to be processed.
In Person Bookings.
Customers who purchased tickets in person via our Box Office service will be contacted via the information they provided at the time of booking. To assist customers following advice to self-isolate we will issue all refunds back to your card regardless of whether you paid by cash or not. Please allow 7-10 working days for payments to be processed.
We will continue to closely monitor and follow guidelines, as set out by the relevant authorities, and take advice from the Chief Medical Officer and Public Health England in support and advice for communicating with our audiences should the situation change.
